Prof. Dr. Feix participated as a speaker and representative of the Board of the Bundesverband M&A at the 17th German Corporate M&A Congress on November 12 and 13, 2019 at the Haus der Bayerischen Wirtschaft in Munich.
For 16 years, 300 participants from a various set of industries (CEOs, CFOs and M&A managers from corporations and medium-sized companies) and consulting as well as advisory businesses had been invited to the German Corporate M&A Congress. The latter is also the lead event of the German Bundesverband M&A.

In presentations, discussions, round tables and break-out sessions the challenges and solutions for global M&As in the years to come have been addressed. In addition, during short breaks between the presentations, new contacts and relationships have been established. The 2019 M&A conference included topics like data protection within transactions, cross-border M&A, digital transformation, carve outs and R&W insurance.
